WhatsApp beta for Android has been updated with a new feature that lets people add up to three participants in a group call. According to a report in WABetaInfo , a fan site that tests new WhatsApp features, the feature is available for Android beta version 2.18.39. It is unclear whether the ability to add participants has been spotted for voice call or video call on WhatsApp. The report claims the feature will available for everyone in the future, though an exact timeline is not known. SpaceX is poised for the first test launch Tuesday of its Falcon Heavy, which aims to become the world's most powerful rocket in operation, capable of reaching the Moon or Mars some day. The launch, scheduled for 1:30 pm (1830 GMT) from Cape Canaveral, Florida, is the most ambitious yet for SpaceX, and has been hailed by industry experts as a game-changer because of its potential to propel the California-based company to the very forefront of the modern day space race. Johnny Matheny is the first person to live with an advanced mind-controlled robotic arm. Last December, researchers from Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab delivered the arm to Matheny at his home in Port Richey, Florida. Aside from the occasional demo, this is the first time the Modular Prosthetic Limb (MPL) has spent significant time out of the lab. Johns Hopkins has received more than $120 million from the U.S. Defense Department to help pay for the arm’s development over the past 10 years. Matheny, who lost his arm to cancer in 2005, is the first person to live with the MPL, but there are plans to have others try it out this year. There are a few things Matheny is not allowed to do with the arm, like getting it wet or drive while wearing it. But beyond that, the goal is to push the robotic prosthetic to its limits.
